i think this fatwa has been given quite late as mr ghulam nabi was a student leader before and a real estate agent and he cheated so many people and families i know personally and i met with when he was holding Quran in his arms like newspaper and alcohol smell was coming from his mouth so you can imagine what type of person could he be. MOST WANTED MAN....GHULAM NABI BEAWARE........he has been involved in terrorism and killing.there is a FIR registered in nawabshah police station BY HIS NAME for crime . his father gave lot of bribe to get him out after that he ran away to Dubai...but now he s back ....whatever written in this fatwa is very little about him he is far more dangereous man ...BEAWARE OF THIS TERRORIST
